“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this Site and the provider of the Services. The Site is intended for users located in the United States (and users outside the U.S. who are arranging shipments to/from the U.S.), unless otherwise stated.

2) Scope of Services

Our Services may include: (a) providing information about vehicle shipping, (b) collecting shipment details to prepare a quote, (c) coordinating transportation, scheduling, and communications, and (d) transporting vehicles and/or arranging transportation through third-party carriers, depending on availability, route, and equipment requirements.

3) Eligibility and Authorized Use

By using the Site or Services, you represent that:

  • You can form a legally binding agreement.
  • You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or booking a shipment.
  • You will not use the Site or Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

4) Quotes, Rates, and Availability

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (vehicle type, operability, locations, timeframe, and service type). Quotes may change if:

  • Shipment details differ from what was provided.
  • Market conditions change.
  • Pickup/delivery location access requires special handling.
  • The vehicle is inoperable or requires extra equipment.
  • Timing or pickup/delivery windows change.

Pickup and delivery dates are typically windows, not guaranteed appointment times, unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5) Booking, Payments, and Refunds

If you book a shipment, you agree to the pricing, pickup/delivery window, and requirements communicated to you. Payment terms (including deposits, balance due, acceptable payment methods, and timing) will be disclosed during booking.

6) Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure a smooth transport, you agree to:

  • Provide correct pickup/delivery addresses and a reachable contact number during the scheduled window.
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and can be safely loaded/unloaded (or disclose inoperability and special needs upfront).
  • Remove or secure personal items. Personal belongings are generally not covered by cargo insurance.
  • Disable alarms and provide keys as required for loading, unloading, and inspections.
  • Maintain a safe fuel level for transport (commonly about 1/4 tank, unless instructed otherwise).
  • Disclose modifications, low clearance, leaks, non-rolling condition, or other issues affecting loading.

7) Inspections, Vehicle Condition, and the Bill of Lading

Vehicle condition is typically documented at pickup and delivery using a Bill of Lading (BOL) or inspection report. You should review the report at pickup and delivery, and note any exceptions before signing. Taking photos before pickup is strongly recommended.

8) Third-Party Carriers, Delays, and Force Majeure

Depending on the shipment, transportation may be performed by us and/or by independent third-party motor carriers. Carriers operate under their own authority and insurance.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including weather, road closures, mechanical breakdowns, accidents, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

9) Insurance and Claims

Cargo insurance coverage and claim procedures vary by shipment and carrier. Where applicable, claims generally require timely notice and documentation, and any damage should be recorded on the delivery inspection/BOL at the time of delivery.

Normal wear, mechanical issues, and pre-existing damage are typically excluded.

10) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with Site security, performance, or access.
  • Submit false information, impersonate others, or engage in fraud.
  • Scrape, automate access, or data-mine without written permission.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.

11) Intellectual Property

Site content (including branding, logos, text, and design) is owned by the Company or licensed to the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

12) Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Site will meet your needs. Any shipping timelines, prices, or availability discussed on the Site are estimates.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data) arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the Company’s total liability for any claim related to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to the Company for the Services giving rise to the claim (if any), unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

14) Indemnification
